Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner for Level 2 Trauma Center New

Level 2 trauma center with high acuity seeks additional Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our well-established hospital-employed Emergency Medicine team. Southeast Health is a 420-bed community hospital evaluating more than 60,000 patients annually in the Emergency Room as the area's regional trauma center. We are in Dothan, Alabama which is an easy drive to Florida Gulf beaches. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year EM experience post APP training.

Practice Highlights:

• Zone model with physician, APP, and RN practicing together in each zone
• High acuity in Level 2 Trauma center 
• Primary responsibility is to treat patients in the fast-track zone
• 12-hour shifts
• No call required
• All ED physicians are residency-trained and board-certified in Emergency Medicine
• Procedures to include suturing, I + D, and nasal packing
